Anyone travel on a night sleeper train from Krakow to Prague? I'm looking to do so with my girlfriend this summer, but I can't find anywhere online to book. Can I only purchase them from the Krakow train station? (I was hoping to make reservations well in advance).

Hi Dominic, I posted this link recently for another poster, and thought it might be of use to you, too. It's from TripAdvisor.com: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g274772-i961-k4439730-Krakow_to_Prague-Krakow_Southern_Poland.html As noted, you cannot purchase tickets in advance directly from the national rail company of Poland, but you can use a third party like JerryG listed (they may charge a premium for the tickets). You can book tickets by phoning the German Rail call centre. Dial 011 (US international access code) + 44 (country code for Germany) + 8718 80 80 66.

Czech Airlines will fly you non-stop from Krakow to Prague in just over an hour. I saw a fare in mid-August for $181. If this is attractive, book early.
