We want to take the night train from Barcelona - Granada on October 19. It now appears that Renfe is dropping the night train for Saturdays, as none appear after September 7. Could this be a glitch in their schedules or do I have to plan on an alternative?

Do you mean the 22.00 departure from Barcelona Sants, "Alhambra" Trenhotel number 897, arriving Granada 09.11? It runs daily from 22 June to 14 September only, according to the printed timetable I'm looking at.

Does your printed schedule go through October for other trains? Yes, it's valid through to December. I'm struggling to work out a reasonable daytime journey on bahn.com or RENFE - it's looking like taking most of Saturday.

Yes, that is the train we are interested in. Does your printed schedule go through October for other trains? If so, it looks like the Saturday night train is no longer viable for our trip.

We have decided to cut our stay in Barcelona by one day and take the Friday night train instead. We didn't want to lose a day traveling. Thanks for your interest/help.
