Has anyone taken the boat/ferry that goes from Nice to St Tropez?
Or any suggestions on how best to do a day visit to St Tropez without a car?

I just got back from a one week trip to Nice and took the ferry to St Tropez one day. If I had things to do over again, I would've passed on the day trip to St Tropez. The ferry was expensive (52 Euros), it took 3+ hours each way and there wasn't much to do or see in St Tropez. They did have ferries to Corsica. I don't know what there is to do there, but after we got off the St Tropez ferry, we wished we had gone to Corsica instead!!
