Could someone provide me with any information about SNCF's new rates? I purchased(8/30/07)online via SNCF website my train tickets from CDG Airport(TGV) to Avignon TGV with a return to Parkis Gare de Lyon. My method of collection for the tickets was "Print Ticket". Will the new tariffs (effective 10/7/07 -- my arrival date) have any effect on my tickets. SNCF sent me an email (in French) but I found what was happen via Reuters news article dated 9/11/07.
Any feedback will be helpful.

I got the same e-mail. I don't have my French dictionary with me to look up the words I don't know, but I think I was able to figure out the basic message. It looks to me like SNCF is advertising some special fare options that will be available as of 7 October. I presume that will have no effect on you since you have already booked and paid for your tickets.
The E-mail just tells you that, as of October 7th, they'll be offering even more chances to get lower-price deals on TGV, Teoz and Lunea trains, and that you can now look to find them on their website. No impact on your ticket.
