Just noticed this add on to Air France's Travel Doc site, LA County added a new form to be completed prior to arrival, Domestic & International flights.

it's interesting that the chart says "requirements and recommendations," but doesn't list which is which. As in, is self-test after return required or recommended? Hmmm. And how could it be enforced?
It seems the bottom line really is, if you're not fully vaxxed DO NOT TRAVEL
