We were just informed today that our flight on Friday has changed. We are now flying to SFO via United instead of flying to Vancouver via Air Canada. The real problem could be that our layover before flying onto Frankfurt on Lufthansa is only 56 minutes! We fly into terminal 3 and out of terminal 1. I am assuming we will go through security only. Correct? Can we make the connection?

If you are checking luggage, I recommend that you have all you need for your first night and next day in your hand luggage, just in case your bags don't make the connection and only arrive a day later.

Thank you Dick. That is certainly one less thing to worry about during crunch time! Chani, we will not be checking. Our bags weigh in at 17.5 lbs!
