We will be in Italy the second and third week of April (next month). We need help with directions from the Venice airport(VCE) into venice proper and then to the Rialto. Also need train info from venice to ravenna, ravenna to Florence and Florence back to Venice. Any help would be much appreciated. Also, do any of these reservations need to be made before leaving home (USA)? Thanks again

All of this is covered in Rick Steve's Italy guidebook. If you haven't read it, read it now; If you don't have it, make haste to buy. It will answer all of these questions and so many more. If you are confused after reading, please come back and people will help with specifics. By the way, you can look at train schedules online at www.trenitalia.com, and you can reserve in advance if you are sure of your schedule. Advance reservations may help you score a discounted mini fare. Happy researching!
