I've been watching this site for a trip I wish to take from Paris to Fuessen on July 25, 2010 and the fares just became available. However, every time I try to book them, I get an error saying that they can't proceed and that I should amend my booking. Then when I click proceed I get a message saying that the train needing reservations have no seats. Is it possible that this train is full that quickly. What am I doing wrong.

Okay, this is getting weird. I ended up opening up another window to check train fares from the TGV site to see if I could get a ticket from there. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the DB site and because I didn't close it properly, I hit Proceed button and got a message saying my booking was successful. I got my email with PDF of the ticket. Now, since I tried booking about 20 times and it not working either time (I tried different rates, different departure times etc), did I just buy 20 fares. I don't think so, but what was going on?

I just tried the same thing for July 25, and it worked fine for me. When I tried July 26, it told me booking was not possible (more than 92 days out). Remember, they are probably using CET (Central Europe time). Their day changes at 3 PM PDT or 6 PM EDT.
I've been watching the dates, that's why I started booking this afternoon, after "purchase" became an option.
