Our children are Leaving Naxos flying to Athens and onto the US. Is three hours enough time in Athens to get their luggage go through security and get to their flight on Delta three hours after they land in Athens?

IF the 1st flight is on time, it should be enough.
If the Delta flight is one that is direct to the US they also need to do passport control exit processing.
3 hrs leaves very little fudge factor.
