National Express Booking Problems?

I know this has been discussed but I can't find the posts now.

I'm trying to book train tickets in the UK with National Express and it won't process my card. It's a Visa debit card, I entered the "international address" for the billing info, so I don't know what I could be doing wrong.

Has anyone had this problem? What did you do about it?

Thanks

I didn't have that problem, but read about many others having it. It almost seems to be a fluke in the National Express computers. Have you contacted your own CC to let them know you're using it internationally? Could it be the "debit" portion of your card? Shouldn't make a difference.

Thanks Eric. I don't think the "Debit" should be an issue since it would just process as a CC. I have spoken to my bank (I called them the first time it wouldn't process thinking it might be being blocked as possible fraud) and they said that the transaction never came through to them, so the problem, whatever it is, is in the National Express system. Very frustrating.
