He is to pick up the tickets at the station in venice.
He seems to have lost his credit card. Not sure yet what the bank is doing but we leave in about a week.
What is the process for getting the tickets? Is it enough to just have ID and the printed out email and information or do you have to provide the CC?

I cannot speak to the tickets in Italy, but the Eurostar tickets absolutely NOT be picked up without correct card,, and card must have same number. There was a thread( on another travel forum) about how a man had a letter from his bank and a new card,, but STILL had to buy tickets at the station, and pay a higher fee for them.
If you purchase tickets online for pickup in Europe,, I would guard card with life..
