My flight lands at 12:15 at MXP, T1. I need to make an EasyJet Flight in T2 at 16:20.
Will I have enough time to make my flight in T2? (Best case scenario!)

The best case scenario is that you will have 4 hours and 5 minutes to get to terminal 2 from terminal 1.
To connect from Malpensa Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, the Airport provides a free shuttle service.

You did not mention luggage. You will not be able to check your bags from your departure through to easyJet. Collect them at Terminal 1 and schlepp them to easyJet. Be very certain to complete their on-line check-in, including fees, well in advance. You have a very comfortable margin of time.
