We will be taking the night train from Munich to Venice in late September. I've absorbed the information on Bahn.de and other sites regarding the various couchette and sleeper car options, but I'm still not clear on one question: Can my wife and I (1 male; 1 female) share a single private sleeper car together? If so, how is this option styled in English on the Bahn.de website?

You and your wife can share a double sleeper. First indicate the number of people (two) who will be traveling together so you are given all possible accommodation choices. Under the Sleeper heading you will find several choices. Pick either "Two persons in Economy Double cabin" or "Two persons in Deluxe Double cabin."

Many thanks, Tim. It makes sense now. Now we'll need to decide whether the deluxe double is worth the extra 60 Euros.
