Looking to book a shuttle or small passenger van for traveling between Munich and cruise port terminal in Passau. Does anyone know a reliable company that I can call? My Boyfriend and I are traveling with our older parents and want to secure this transfer and wondered about the cost. It seems like the cruise lines transfer is a bit pricey and I'm sure we could book it ourselves cheaper I'm just not sure how. Thanks for the help!

There are direct regional trains hourly from Freising to Passau that take 1h50. Get two Bayern-Tickets for 3 people for 30€ each. The Bayern-Ticket will also cover the 20 min bus ride (3 per hour) from the airport to Freising. There is a taxi stand in front of the Passau Bahnhof, and it's not very far from the river. In 2007 I walked along the Danube from the station down to the point past lots of docked cruise ships. At worst, you could take a taxi from the airport to Freising.
