Needing to travel from Munich to Barcelona in the quickest amount of time and the cheapest way possible. Any suggestions???

Victor, The "quickest amount of time and the cheapest way possible" will probably be via budget airline. Have a look at either GermanWings or Air Berlin/NIKI on that route. Both of those have short layover in either DUS or CGN. The budget airlines often use a "sliding scale", so the prices may increase as the flight fills up, and tickets are usually non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. Most have very restrictive baggage limits, so be sure to pack light or you'll PAY. Be sure to read their "Terms & Conditions" carefully! Normally only ONE carry-on item is allowed (NOT one plus a "personal item" such as a Laptop Case or whatever).
