Multiple airlines flight

I think i have a made a bad move with my flight reservation...Here is my problem. Flying home from Lisbon to Ottawa, first flight is with BA, second flight AC. Arriving at Terminal 3 departing from Terminal 3, i have 95 minutes to make through security (the flight is during the Olympics...) Here is my question? If my BA flight is delayed, will they put me on another flight??? Even if they are not codeshare flights? What if 95minutes is not enough, what happens then? I bought it on expedia, should i just pay the penalty for a better flight?
Thanks for all your advice!

What if, What if? Why are you second guessing yourself? What happens if the BA flight is 20 minutes early? How much time is enough to make a connection? It obviously is a legal connection - else, you wouldn't have been able to book it. I would stick with what you have. Run a check to see what your other options are if by chance you miss the connection. Does AC have another flight that day. If not, they will likely route you through YYZ or YMC which will involve another connection but is not something you have control over at the moment.

In flying to Europe every summer, I always check out the sites like expedia and the like to get their prices. Then I go to the airlines I decided to fly on and purchase my ticket from them if their price is close to those other sites. That way if anything goes wrong (connections, etc.) at least I am dealing with the place I bought the ticket from. Only have had one problem in the last 10 years and that was when NWA canceled our flight home and shipped us to BA who then put my wife and I on separate airplanes flying from Heathrow to Seattle. After getting no where with BA (won't fly them again) I called NWA in the US and demanded action. They apparently called BA in London as soon thereafter BA "miraculously" found an empty seat on my wires plane for me. Good luck with your connections.

Thank you both, @ Arnold i will stop worrying and deal with it if it happens...the Heathrow website says i should need about 70 minutes for my connections so really i have 25 extra now!!! @ Charlie, i too usually book with the airlines directly, but this offer was to hard to pass, hope i don't regret it!

If you are booked through on a continuous ticket and you miss a connecting through no fault of your own, then they will book you on the next available flight. We have had that happen to us a couple of times. It is inconvenient and adds to the trip time but it happens.

To further alleviate any worries, most of the issues discussed regarding delays at Heathrow are for Immigration Control. You are not technically entering the UK, you are in Transit, going from a Schengen country to Canada. You will not have to go through UK Immigration, you get off your flight, and since you are not changing terminals, probably will not even have to go through security, except for a screening at your gate maybe.
