Muerren/Paris

Ok, so I will take the train from Munich to Muerren. I am thinking 3 days in Muerren and then on to Paris for 3 more days? Does that time line sound good.

Our first time in Mürren we spent 2 nights. Big mistake. It was absolutely stunning. The next year we came back and brought parents and stayed for an entire week. The next year we came back and brought more friends. We've since been back 3 or 4 times and bring more and more people with us. Everybody we've ever brought always says we saved the best for last (Mürren was always our last stop). Do whatever fits into your preferences and schedule, but Mürren is the only place in Europe where I want to keep on coming back again and again.

Murren is a beautiful little village that is only accessible by tram or hiking. If you are very much into hiking the Jungfrau or countryside around Lauterbrunnen then you would probably need more than 3 days. It is a nice place to relax and decompress from hurried vacationing. So depending on your needs, is what I would base my decision on how long to stay there. There is nothing much to do there other than walk/hike and view impressive scenery. I personally only stay about 2 days and then head to busy Paris- which incidently I am doing in May but I live in the beautiful mountains of Utah and maybe I don't need a lot of viewing/hiking of mountains. Good Luck, you will love the beautiful Lauterbrunnen valley.
