Hi,
I will be moving to Stuttgart in August. I have heard mixed reviews regarding public transportation there and am trying to determine whether it will be necessary to purchase a car while I'm there -which will be at least a year. Does anyone have experience with the metro there and it's reliability given weather conditions, labor conditions (e.g. strikes), and so forth?
