I wanted to visit Pienza, Italy where parts of the 1968 Romeo and Juliet were filmed. I can't find a train station in or near it. One website only gave driving directions. Has anyone visited this town near Siena and could help me out?

We stayed in Montalcino and we drove to Pienza. There is also bus service to Pienza.Also from Montalcino to Pienza.There are also 6 buses a day from Siena(a 90 minute trip)These facts are in Steves Italy book.

Pienza is lovely. There is another beautiful town very near Pienza, but I don't know if you can get there by bus. Montechiello, I think I have spelled it correctly. It is absolutely beautiful.
