Motorcoach tours in Paris for handicap??

Does anyone know of a tour company that has some sort of transportation through Paris in a motorcoach or some other type of vehicle accessible for the handicap? We have a person who will occasionally might need a wheelchair to ease up on the walking.

Any recommendations?

There are hop-on/hop-off buses. Is that the sort of thing you are seeking? There are also tour companies like ParisVision (I think that's the name) which you can google for more information. The public buses are easy for the handicapped to board. They "kneel" so the step up is minimal. Buses No. 42 AND 69 are good ones for sight-seeing if you make sure you board at the start of the route so as to get a seat. Bus 42 starts behind Gare du Nord and No.69 at Champs de Mars.
