I will be returning to the Munich Airport from Cesky Krumlov on the last leg of my vacation. I am wanting to know the most scenic route or what cities to make a short stop in. I have one whole day to make the trip in my rental car. Thanks in advance. Bob

Bob: It's about 185 miles by the easiest route into Munich. The first 1/3 of the trip (thru CZ) appears to be by pretty crooked and hilly roads. When you get into Germany, the A92 autobahn appears to be the best way. You might want to pullup the route on Mapquest or GoogleMaps.com to see the native routes through the countryside would be acceptable.
For me, I'd take the A92.
