We are arriving in Moscow via train and prefer pre-arranged car service to the Hotel National. We also would prefer it to get from our hotel to the airport on departure day. We requested the Hotel National do this for us and there prices are outrageous (2400 rubles train to hotel ~$80USD and 5200 rubles hotel to Domodedovo airport ~175USD).
I posted over at Trip Advisor and am looking at other forums but not much response. Any suggestions from those that have been there? Thanks!!
