Monterosso to Rome via train

Our Monterosso train arrives in La Speczia Central at 6:44am with a Rome connection at 6:54. Not being familiar with the station, is that enough time or is it cutting it too close? Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Donna

It's easy to do. You just won't have time to jump into the McDonalds in the station and get a cappuccino.
