Missing train tickets from DB Bahn

On March 23 I made train reservations and purchased 2 tickets for a train trip from Lesce Bled to Stuttgart on June 3rd using fahrkarten.dahn.de website. I paid for everything using my credit card. My credit card statement shows the charge has come through but, as of April 18th, I have not received the tickets which were supposed to be sent to me by mail. Fortunately, I do have a confirmation number and a customer number.

Should the tickets have arrived by now? (I live in California.)
We leave for Prague on May 15th. (We will meeting our RS Eastern Europe Tour on May 19th.)
The train trip is for after our tour.
I don't speak or read German so looking on the website has not helped me.
Any suggestions of an e-mail address or contact phone number would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

E-tickets would always be our first choice, but perhaps that was not available with the trip starting in Slovenia. Here's the contact info from DB: For support regarding your online booking on www.bahn.com please contact our Online Service in Germany: Tel: +49 1806 - 10 11 11.
It's my understanding that you should receive the mailed tickets within about two weeks and that tickets lost in the mail are not replaceable. But do contact them directly.

"I don't speak or read German so looking on the website has not helped me."

The Bahn schedule and booking website is available in English, here ( a little late for you; might help others).

However, those ticket, regardless of the language on the website, have to be mailed (probably because Slovenian conductors don't have the capability of reading online Bahn tickets).
