Does any one know of a reputable, yet reasonable minivan taxi to book to go from Paris city centre to CDG?

As was suggested on your other thread, have your hotel book a taxi for you. Any official "Taxi Parisien" taxi will be fine, no matter which company operates it. Go here for more information.

Do what Tim said. I'm fluent and idiomatic in French to the point that you can't hive me out on the phone. I set up a ride for some friends; it was a no-show and I had to toss them in the car and haul tail. I had some other friends that used whatever that touted English-language dispatcher company is - - they had to lug their junk down the road to a taxi rank. I've never heard of anybody that had a problem if the hotel worked the deal.
