There has been so much good information about buying an Italian MINI fare I thought I would give it a try. And it was pretty easy to find and use. And I found a good rate for Naples to Milan. I registered, entered my day of travel May 19th 20012 (19/05/2012). In fact clicked on that date on the pop up calendar. Double checked everything. But after I hit GO it gave me a reservation for the 27th of June. ???? Any body else have a problem like this? The best I can tell I will have to call them because I can not get to anything when I click on change my reservation.
The first thing to do is notify the credit card company.
Here is a reply to my own question. I called the credit card company and they did not have an immediate answer. After being on hold and talking to several different departments no one came up with a good solution. (Good customer service this is just kind of an odd situation.) However while I was on hold I did a little translation of the Italian on the website and finally was abke to muddle through a complaint page. And was able to send them a message about the wrong date on my confirmation. And since they should know they were having website problems I bet this will get taken care of. I will report back the final outcome. Robert
