is the eurail global pass accepted on milan suburban trains? cant seem to get an answer anywhere.

First consider wether an eurail global pass is a good idea. You need reservations for long distance trains anyway, and local transport is cheap. Furthermore transport is integrated in Milan, so a ticket or pass for local public transit does include the suburban trains.
Suburban and regional trains in Lombardia are operated by a company called "Trenord", which is a joint venture of Trenitalia and the local FNM company. Eurail pass can be used on Trenord trains according to:
