Help, please! My friend arrives at CDG terminal 2. I'm arriving later at terminal 1. WHERE can we meet? I've looked at CDG map - to no avail. Any suggestions would be most welcome. I'm brain dead after a long flight and I'd like to make this as easy as possible. Thanks in advance for any help!

Two suggestions: (1) Meet at La Brioche Dorée, a coffee shop on Level 2 in Terminal 1. Your friend can drink coffee and eat croissants while waiting for you. (2) If you're going to take the RER into Paris, meet at the CDG 1 RER station.
If you meet at La Brioche Dorée, your friend will need to take the CDGVAL driverless shuttle train from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. If you meet at the CDG 1 RER station, your friend will need to take the CDGVAL from Terminal 2 to that station and you will need to take the CDGVAL from Terminal 1 to that station.

There are actually 6 terminals at Terminal 2 (A-F).I would recommend the prior suggestion to meet at the Gare for RER - but at Terminal 2 (there are actually 2 stops). There is an information booth there.
