Where would be a good place to meet my niece at the CDG International Airport? I'm coming in on an earlier flight. I've never been to this airport before, and I would like to meet her at a secure area.

Without knowing at which of the several terminals each of you will be arriving it is impossible to give you a good answer.

"E" is actually Terminal 2E. But we still need to know at which terminal your niece will arrive. Go to www.easycdg.com to match airlines with terminals.

Hi,
My niece is also arriving on Delta terminal 2E. Will they allow me to wait at the terminal when I get off my flight? Where would be a safe place to meet. I get in at 11:00a.m. and she gets in at 12:00 p.m.

I suggest you meet at the TGV/RER station which is a four-minute walk from Terminal 2E. (See the maps at www.easycdg.com.) Or meet in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel which is directly above the station.
