We are going to Vinice, Italy in March. We wantted to combine it with a short 3-5 day cruise in the Med. but there doese not seem to be anything sailing at a convient time. Several years ago I remember reading about a cruise type ferry that ran along the French Mediterrean coast making multiple stops. One could board or disembark at any stop and then catch the next ship going the same way a day or two later. Can anyone help me find this service?

I would do a google search for "Cannes ferry" or "Monte Carlo ferry" to see what you find. Or try any other French town on the Med.

Several years ago Easy Cruise (a ferry turned into a cruise ship) used to travel along the Italian and French Rivieras, allowing passengers to get on and off when they pleased. However, according to their website, they now only offer set agenda cruises to the Greek Islands and Bodrum, Turkey.
