Back on 21 October 2007, I posted a question looking for anyone that had used Max-Jet Airways, an all business class airline, to fly to London. I, as were most respondents, was concerned about the service and viability of the airline. Due to the concerns and further research I did, we booked our selves on Virgin Atlantic in premium economy. It turns out this was a good move as this morning's newspaper contains the announcement that Max-Jet has ceased all operations and filed for bankruptcy, citing soaring fuel prices and the poor credit market, along with being unable to compete with American Airlines Business class.
Thanks to previous respondents, your concerns helped us to make a better decision.
