I am planning to take a night train for Munich - Berlin.
I've Eurail Global Pass, so I need to buy just a reservation, and I've been looking everywhere for that.
Where can I make the reservation? Deutsch Bahn site doesn't offer the "reservation only" option when I look up the tickets.

You can buy your sleeping accommodation supplement/reservation over the phone and get the in-Europe price. Call either City Night Line (011 49 1805 141514) or the DB Call Centre (011 49 1805 996633).
You can also buy it at www.raileurope.com, but you'll pay more.
The only additional option to what Tim has said is that you can also purchase the reservation while in Europe at any major train station... but only do this if you will be arriving in Europe a few weeks before you intend to take the trip. If you will be within two weeks, I think you should follow Tim's recommendation.
