Made a mistake when buying OBB Nightjet Non-changeable Non-refundable Ticket from Vienna to Venice

I really am a little embarrassed about this mistake but it happens sometime. During the purchase process my credit card charge with Trainline.com was referred to the fraud division of the card company and I had to call them to clear the charge. They told me to proceed with the transaction while I was on the phone and in my hast I checked the wrong box and got a double compartment for 2 seniors when my intention was to get a deluxe double with shower/wc included. Of course I contacted both Trainline and OBB and they couldn't or wouldn't upgrade the ticket since it was an online pdf ticket that I already printed. So...now my question for anybody who may have experienced this before: Is there any chance that I could make a change or get an upgrade for additional cost if I go to the OBB ticket counter in Vienna and explain my mistake when we arrive in Vienna 3 days before the night train departure?

Sure would not hurt to ask. The worst outcome is you have to use the ticket you have.

Or contact them again and talk to someone different who may have the authority or otherwise be disposed to help you.
