Luggage transfer service in Slovenia/Istria?

I’m planning a 2 week cycling tour for next summer in Slovenia and the Istrian peninsula. We’ll be moving to different towns everyday and would really like to avoid having to tow our gear with us. Does anyone know of a luggage shuttle service in that region to move our bags from hotel to hotel? I’ve found a few in the UK and France but none so far in Slovenia/ Croatia.

Have you checked with Go Opti? They move people around Europe very well, but I don’t know if they will do only bags. Another option might be a company called Luggage Free. I use them from the US to Europe but don’t know if they do your type of transfer. What does the cycling company say? Have you asked the last hotel on your trip? I bet they would know.

thanks for tips, will check it out. Not using a cycling company (yet) as our intended itinerary is pretty unique.

I’m not familiar with any luggage forwarding services in Slovenia. It’s not a common practice here, so they might not exist. If that’s the case, I think you might have to resort to a regular courier company, use the postal service or use the buses, which do transport only luggage, too. Perhaps your best bet is asking the hotels where you are staying, they might have prior experience with this.
