I just received notice of a Lufthansa sale, with prices 1-20% lower from various US cities. The fine print: Departure between Aug 24 and Oct 24, return by end of year, and purchase must be made no later than July 8. Still, if you were planning something along these lines and Lufthansa works for where you live and are going, this is worth looking at.
