I recently took a two week trip to France and Switzerland flying Lufthansa Airlines non-stop from Denver via Frankfurt. I had nothing but problems with their website, beginning with initial booking through final check-in procedures returning home. Apparently there are many ongoing technical issues with their website, including duplicating middle names listed on passports, timing out prematurely when searching website, and website crashing repeatedly when trying to confirm return flights and print boarding passes. When leaving Geneva, we had to physically go to the check-in counter at airport the day before our flight home, and ask customer service to check in for us and print boarding passes. Employee confirmed Lufthansa website issues have been a serious problem for a long time with many complaints which continue to be unresolved by Lufthansa tech support. I’ll never fly this airline again. Use British Air is you want a better non-stop flight option from Denver to Europe!
