Hi. I just received an e-mail that my booked trip with Lufthansa tells me that one of your connecting flights cannot be reached on the return.
The only phone number I have is a service support that asks to leave my name, phone number, email, and booking number and someone will contact me in the next 30 days.
Does anyone know of a phone number I can call and speak to a real person since Lufthansa doesn't share one?

If they changed your flight, don't you have the right to a refund if there isn't a viable substitution?
Just checking if you booked your flight on Lufthansa? In which case, probably easiest if you log into Lufthansa.com, (get a user name & password if you don't have one), put in your confirmation number & follow the prompts. You should be able to re-book, provided you booked flights on LH? OR get a refund if you prefer.
I just tried that phone number above, yikes it doesn't work any longer! Looks like LH is downgrading service even further by eliminating access to customer service agents. I didn't check Germany, but maybe you could call into a service center there? Good luck, let us know.
Looks like another reason to avoid Lufthansa.
Hopefully for Bill, his trip is more than 30 days away.
Given the times we live in, I'd also check an independent site and make sure that
the issue being reported is truly an issue. Not likely, but you could be dealing with
a phishing email.

I would also like to update my telephone access to LH. I just tried both the telephone numbers listed in the link, neither connects you with a human being at Lufthansa.

or 1 (800) 645-3880, it's LH but only allows you to go down the social media hole, no one answers.
I was able to locate a phone number by calling someone in Italy. The good part I was able to speak with a real person and they changed my flight on the return. The bad part, I went from #683 on the hold list down to #1 in 2 hours.
I received the chance in an email within 5 minutes after the changes. Thank you to everyone for your help and suggestions.

The phone number I tried the first several times was busy for three days straight. I tried it yesterday morning around 7:00 AM eastern time and was placed on hold for 2 hours until someone answered. 1-800-645-3880.
Thanks for all the info; appreciate it. The 800 645-3880 number works fine. Talked to them 3 times yesterday, no wait time. FYI, if you rebook the same flight at a lower price, they will not refund or credit the difference. United will do that. Tried booking online yesterday and the price jumped up and down $1,200 per ticket constantly!! Like playing the lottery! I’ll keep trying.
Anyone had any experience either way Air Condor?
