Has anybody had any success in getting items lost at CDG returned? I lost a now-treasured hat somewhere between baggage and security x-ray and have written them with the details and am waiting a response. I think a picture of me and the hat would help if they do have the hat but there is no way I can see to attach a file to their pre-formatted inquiry screen. All thoughts welcome!
