How can we get from airport at Torino to Biella?

If you mean the Biella that's about 30 or 40 miles north/northeast of Torino, you can get there by train; you'll have to get from the airport to the Torino Porta Susa train station, north of the city center. Or you can drive to Biella, if you have a car.
