Do you know if luggage can be left in Bath and Cardiff at either or both train stations?

In Cardiff, not at the train station, but at the TI a couple of blocks away from either station.

There are no left luggage facilities at the Bath train station.
Here's a quote from an April 2008 post on the Lonely Planet Thorntree board: "The Tourist Information Centre said that the Bath Backpacker's Hostel in Pierrepont Street (not far from the station) will look after left luggage for the day for 2 pounds 50 pence per bag."
