Traveling to Paris in December and want to leave luggage for 2 weeks.... I see there is a location at the airport... safe??? still there??? Also it is easy to drive around France in winter or should i travel by train only
You'll pay a lot less if you store your luggage at Blue Marble Travel in central Paris. While they store luggage for people taking their bike tours, they also do it for the general public.
Thanks for your reply. ... How far is this place from CDG as for me to go there with the luggage may be difficult...
Here is what the Journey Planner on the Transports de Paris site says: Take the RER B from CDG to Chatelet-Les Halles (39 minutes). Walk to Blue Marble Travel (6 minutes).
If you'll have too much luggage to easily schlepp it yourself, you could take a taxi.
Thanks for your response.... it seems the left luggage at the airport will be a better bet as they charge 125 euros for 2 weeks/ 2 bags.... and the convenience of it being in the airport. The money i will save to go to the other location i will spend on taxis.
