Layover time in Miami...

I'm about to book a flight from Chicago-Miami-Madrid-Granada. My layover in Madrid is over four hours so im not worried about that, but the Miami lay over is only 1 hour and 25 minutes. Has anyone experienced Miami? Is this to short of time? Thanks!
