we are booking flights that include a layover/plane change in London ( LHR) - this will include changing from an American Airlines flight to a Britsih Airways flight is two hours enough time? thanks Ron

Yes, if on a single ticket but if two separate tickets I would want three hours in London just in case first flight is a little late.

I agree with Frank. Also- are they from different Terminals? If so, allow some time for that, especially if the BA flight is out of Terminal 5
