If you looked this up on www.bahn.de (or on www.sbb.ch ) and just put in the start and end points, it automatically finds the quickest route. This may not be the shortest or cheapest, but it is the quickest. You can then drill down to see the actual trains it has chosen, and which stations they are calling at.
If you want to find the times and prices for other routes, just put an entry in the "via" box, Bern, Luzern (local spelling) or wherever, and it will show you the times and prices for that route.

If you actually want to stopover somewhere (for example Lindau), then you need to price up two separate tickets, Lauterbrunnen to Lindau and Lindau to Munich on a later train.

I'm not seeing what you are seeing. I see the 9:33 as through Karlsruhe and Stuttgart with no stopover in Lindau and a much higher price. The 10:33 does go through Lindau and is available for 88 euro for 2 Sparpreis. But it does not allow a stopover at Lindau.

Guys thanks for the reply,

I dont need any stopover, all i need is a spareis ticket/cheap ticket that will get me to munich from lauterbrunnen.

Is the 88euro can be bought?

Funny, yesterday i saw 88euro going via lucerne but its not available today, nevertheless i will take the one going via bern. My question is:

  1. Am i able to make it with the transfer time?
  2. What if i miss?

If you miss any connections due to delayed trains, it is the train company's responsibility to get you to your destination. Fast transfers are pretty standard in Switzerland.
The biggest one is the 11 minute change at Zurich Hbf. Scedule shows you will arrive on track 33 which is underground. Get off the train and take escalator up 1 level to a mezzanine level called the "Passage Sihlquai". Go to the escalator marked Track 13 and go up and board the train.
It will be important to have your luggage ready and be standing by the door when the trains pull into Bern and Zurich Hbf. Don't putz. Interlaken train terminates at Interlaken Ost. Try not to be the last one off the train.

Sure then, if that is so, i'll will buy the ticket later. I will get ready at the door upon reaching destination for transfer. As for the luggage do our luggage has to put at the specific place or we can put in front of us? If theres a specific place where would it be? Thank you for the help and advise.

Ouh just wanted to know, will the journey be beautiful, should i sit on the right side of the train?

Your luggage can be in stands at the car ends or in the overhead rack. If there are not many people on the train, you can put it in the seat next to you. From Bern to Zurich Hbf, there are no stops.
You may be able to ride the 9:33 train from Lauterbrunnen if that 6 minutes change is daunting. Show your ticket to the station agent at Lauterbrunnen to confirm. But 6 minutes is the standard change time there. Everybody does it.

Sure then, if that is so, i'll will buy the ticket later.

That sweet price will disappear as soon as the quota for that route has been reached, so I would not delay.

Iterlaken to Bern, the right side of train will give views of the Thunersee and the receding Eiger and Jungfrau behind you. Bern to Zurich is nothing special. Zurich to Lindau, the left side will give a good view of the Bodensee.

Hi, thank you. I already booked the ticket, all for 97,00euro including seat reservation of window across each other.

With the seat reservation, can i still dictate where can i seat, the left side or right side etc or they gave you the seat number?

Those are assigned seats on the train, just like an airplane. But I think it only applies to the Zurich-Munich part which is a Euro City train. Swiss trains generally don't have reserved seats.
