Lake Como to Milan (Italy)

Does anyone know whether it is easier to get to Milan Malpensa airport or Milan Linate airport from Lake Como?
Also how long this would take without a car? (I need to be there for an 11:30am flight - not sure if I can travel that day or will have to stay overnight in Milan.)

I think you might get a useful answer if you would indicate where on Lake Como you will be travelling from.

I take the train from Varenna to Milan centrale train then airport bus it to Malpensa. check schedules seems like alot but it works if you leave Varenna early enuf.
