Has anyone made the trip? I see there are a couple of ways of getting there. Train to Vilach then a bus to Venice. What is the bus like? Does it stop enroute? Taking the train is longer with a transfer in Nova Gorica to Gorizia. How far is it between the 2? Can you walk it or is it better by bus or taxi? We will make this trip in November. Thanks.
