Anyone have experience with booking a round trip on KLM in Europe and not using the return portion of the ticket? Issues? Problems? One way fares out of sight compared to round trip.

People have done it. There is some risk, probably very slight, but I think the "ticket contract" allows them to charge you for a one way ticket should you not use the return ticket. But how do they catch you? And who is to say that you planned poorly and just missed the flight. I would not make a big practice of doing that. Maybe once or twice.

I've done this on KLM a couple times...no problems. Go for it.
