Has anyone rent from kemwel.com before? The interface between kemwel.com and autoeurope.com are almost the same when I go through the reservation steps, but kemwel price seems to be 5-10% cheaper for the date/route I checked. Is this what others experience too?

Check with 1car1 - office in New York. RS staff sometimes uses them. My husband and I rented from them outside of London in Tilehurst - next stop after Reading last June. We were very pleased with the service. Be sure to check to see if you can get your CDW down as close to zero percent as you can. We paid a small amount to take it down to $250 deductible as they did not offer ZERO deductible.
We've used autoeuope several times even buying the car if we were going to be gone for more than 18 days (I think). It worked great! No problems.
