Hi We would like to know if KD ferry operates on April 12th Thursday from Bingen at 9:30 AM towards Koblenz.. We tried the kdrhine.com site, but info looks confusing.
Hence would like to know any contact telephone nos at KD ferry office to get confirmation. Please advise if the ferry operates on April 12 2012, Thursday ?

K-D lists telephone and FAX numbers and an email address for contact here. The leading '0' is for German calls, to indicate long distance. Ignore it for out of country calls. The bottom of the page you gave (above) shows the early season (6-26 Apr) schedule. It shows the 9:30 boat from Bingen. I see no exception for 12 Apr. The abbreviated schedules on the sides are for before 6 Apr.
