Has anyone booked flights through JustFly.com? I usually like to book directly through the airline, but in this case the tickets are almost 1/3 of the price!

Please, before you book anything, go to the Trip Advisor Travel forum and put JustFly.com in the search box and read through some of the threads. I think this will answer your question.
Prices that are quoted by the company are generally not reported to be the prices that the consumer ends up paying in the end. If you have unexpected challenges come up in your trip, you must then rely on the customer service of this third party seller rather than get help directly from the airline.

Don't use them!!!! Don't!!! They have a horrible reputation. They are operated out of someone's house using a UPS Store mailbox ("suite number" is just a cheap private mailbox) and I know people who tried to use them and got screwed. How? They pay only to find out the airline has NO record of any reservation and they get a nasty surprise at the airport, they continue to sell seats on flights that have been cancelled in advance by airlines, they don't refund your money when they do a screwup and hang up on you on the phone, they have no physical offices or locations you could go to, they cancel people's reservations without permission and book them with a different airline so they have to pay a lot more, there is NO customer service to help you with problems they caused, and so on and so on. Always book directly with the airline!!! Trying to save money will cost you money in this case.
